Regular exercise is crucial to maintain both a healthy body and a healthy mind; however many of our patients – especially those who suffer pain as a result of injury – find it difficult to carry out certain tasks or are concerned about exacerbating their symptoms.

 

Exercise can help to prolong the benefits of treatment and help you to live pain-free in the long-term. Our therapists will give you advice as to which exercises will most benefit you and any that should be avoided in order not to trigger pain.

 

We believe that a healthy regime of frequent exercise supplemented by regular maintenance treatment is the most effective way of keeping the body in shape and pain-free.
